Obituary for Ida P. Adams
Ida Pearl Adams, daughter of the late Prentice and Claudia Foster Goodlett was born in Bloomfield, Kentucky, April 11, 1944. She entered eternal life Thursday, March 15, 2018 at her residence in McRoberts, Kentucky being 73 years, 11 months and 14 days of age at the time of her passing.
Ida was married to Howard Carney. She later married the late James Webb, he passed away November 11, 1998. She then married the late Clinton Adams whom passed away June 14, 2015. Ida was a loving mother, grandmother, and a great friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping, working in her flower garden and playing cards.
She is survived by two daughters; Sherry (James) Johnson of Neon, Kentucky and Tammy Little of Mayking, Kentucky. One son, Roger Carney of Temple, Georgia. Six grandchildren; Amber (Cody) Hawkins, Dustin (Emilia) Carney, Craig (Talena) Collier, Ashley (Chantz) Little, Jessup Carney and Nick Little. One great-grandchild, Cade Hawkins. Two expected great-great grandchildren, Elijah Collier and River Hawkins.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Ida was preceded in death by a brother, Bokey Goodlett and one sister, Lena Dugan.
