Henrietta Banks, daughter of the late Astor and Thelma Niece Fields was born at Whitesburg, Kentucky, August 15, 1956. She entered eternal life Saturday, June 23, 2018 at her residence at Cowan, Kentucky being 61 years, 10 months and 8 days of age at the time of her passing.
Henrietta was married to Jim Banks on February 4, 1974. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jim Banks of Cowan, Kentucky. Two daughters; Karen Banks and Cindy (Eddie) Niece both of Cowan, Kentucky. Two brothers; Terry Fields and Astor Jr. Fields of Cowan, Kentucky. One sister, Brenda Mullins of Somerset, Kentucky.
Also surviving are five grandchildren; Joseph, Sharon, Brandon, Samantha, Haley. One great granddaughter, Emma and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
