Obituary for Hattler E. Adams
Hattler Edison Adams, son of the late Virgil and Lyla Niece Adams was born on November 19, 2013 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. He entered eternal life on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center being 62 years, 4 months 21 days of age at the time of his passing. He was married to Yvonne Gibson on June 16, 1975 in Clintwood, Virginia. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Whitco, Kentucky. He enjoyed watching UK basketball and spending time with his family and friends especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Adams of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two sons; Chris Adams (Becky) of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Todd Adams of Belfry, Kentucky. Three brothers; Cossie Adams of Mayking, Kentucky, William Adams of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Johnny Redford of Fost, Ohio. Three sisters; Sue Harvey of Cowan, Kentucky, Betty Adams of Lima, Ohio and Dorothy Frazier of Whitco, Kentucky. Also surviving are five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
