Obituary for Harold Mullins
Harold Hubert Mullins, son of Hubert and Gertrude Mullins, was born March 3, 1936 in Jenkins, Kentucky and entered eternal life on April 2, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was a Christian for over 53 years and was a true representation of Christ in all he done and was a retired coal miner. He enjoyed the outdoors, his vegetable and flower gardens, and had a great love for nature which he instilled not only in his children, but, in his grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well. He was an avid bee keeper, expert at hunting ginseng and a true outdoorsman. He knew the woods in our area as well as anyone.
Harold is survived by five daughters: Debbie (Boyd) Davis, Joyce Stephens (Russel), Rita (Bobby) Balthis, Roxie (Gary) Rose and Jackie (Kevin) Austin; One Daughter-in-Law: Dawn Mullins; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; one sister: Louise Mullins and one brother: David Mullins.
He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He is preceded in death by the love of his life of 58 years: Violet Jean Mullins, his only son: Harold Richard Mullins and his grandson: Richard Andrew Mullins.
