Obituary for Hargis Conard Fulton
Hargis Conard Fulton, son of the late Willard Bartley and Inez Simmons Fulton was born at Millstone, Kentucky, July 29, 1938. He entered eternal life Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 85 years, 2 months and 10 days of age at the time of his passing.
Hargis was married to the late Gaynel Baker Fulton. She passed away August 2010. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to all that knew him. Hargis loved listening to Bluegrass music, traveling, playing Rook, and visiting with family and friends.
He is survived by his daughter, Pennie Billing of Scottsdale, Arizona. One son, Hargis Lee Neil Fulton of Millstone, Kentucky. Two brothers; James Fulton of South Carolina and Jesse Fulton of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Five sisters; Oggie Rzeszotarski of Florida, Rose Sue Sharon of Florida, Mary Swann, Shirley Soward and Lavada Hanley all of Ohio.
Also surviving are six grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Hargis was preceded in death by three sisters; Jean May, Lena Glenn Fulton and Ruth Bass. Three brothers; Johnny Fulton, Paul Fulton and Robert Fulton.
