Obituary for Gus Tolliver
Gus Tolliver, son of the late Jim and Pauline Combs Tolliver was born in Brinkley, Kentucky, December 10, 1928. He entered eternal life Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 89 years, 5 months and 3 days of age at the time of his passing.

Gus married Wilma Adams on October 1, 1949 in Brinkley, Kentucky. She passed away January 8, 2013. He was a loving father, grandfather and a great friend to all that knew him.

He is survived by his three loving sons, Keith Tolliver of Mayking, Kentucky, Larry Tolliver of Jeremiah, Kentucky and Kirby Tolliver of Somerset, Kentucky. Seven grandchildren, Amanda, Tara, Brandon, Sharlette, Mica, Christopher and Kela. Eleven great-grandchildren, Laken, Amy, Makenna, Waylon, Wilmer, Samantha, Kendall, Livia, London, Ava and Mike.

Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

He is preceded in death by six sisters, Eula, Viola, Pearl, Stella, Audry and June. Three brothers, Paul, Russell and Willis.
