Obituary for Grant Caudill
Grant Caudill, son of the late Arlie and Nancy Ann Hawkins Caudill was born in Letcher County, Kentucky December 15, 1932. He entered eternal life on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Premium, Kentucky being 80 years and 2 days of age at the time of his passing. He married Faye O. Mullins Caudill on December 5, 1953 in Letcher County, Kentucky whom preceded him in death on October 9, 1999. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and going to church. He was a member of the Hot Spot Community Baptist Church in Premium, Kentucky. He also had over forty years of service with the United States Postal Service. He is survived by his loving son, William Grant Caudill and wife Teresa of Culloden, West Virginia. Four daughters; Carol Combs and husband Jack of Premium, Kentucky, Brenda Day and husband Morgan also of Premium, Kentucky, Barbara Sturgill and husband Johnny of Hurricane, West Virgina and Dawana Combs and husband Darin of Rock Springs, Wyoming. Sixteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren. A loving companion, Isabel Frazier of Premium, Kentucky. One brother, Paul Caudill of Pontiac, Michigan. Two sisters; Sally Jones and Sandra Caudill both of Premium, Kentucky. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing . He was preceded in death by four brothers; Lee Caudill, Estil Caudill, Boyd Caudill and Thomas Caudill. Four sisters; Emma Meade, Bessie Jones, Essie Mullins and Hazel Back.
