Obituary for Gladys Marie " Granny" Adams
Gladys Marie "Granny" Adams, daughter of the late Jessie Wade and Virgie M. Tisdale Denny was born in Oakhill, Oklahoma on May 31, 1927. She entered eternal life Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the Payne Gap, Kentucky being 93 years, 7 months and 4 days of age at the time of her passing.
Gladys was married to the late Joseph Ely Adams on January 19, 1946. He passed away July 25, 1998. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by two sons; Randall Adams of Seco, Kentucky and John Adams of Seco, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Gladys was preceded in death by a daughter, Sereda Joe Adams Boggs. A son; J.E. Adams. A sister, Vernia May Ramsey.
