Obituary for Florence Louise King
Florence Louise King, daughter of the late Sullivan C. "Jack" and Alma E. Eskridge Branam was born at Combs, Kentucky, November 27, 1933. She entered eternal life on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the Lexington Premiere Nursing and rehab in Lexington, Kentucky being 91 years, 1 month and 16 days of age at the time of her passing.
Florence was married to the late Jack King. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and great friend to all that knew her. Florence was very devoted Christian.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Kathy (Danny) Howard of Lexington, Kentucky, two sons, Richard Allen (Patsy) Adams of Somerville, South Carolina and Rodney K. (Shelia) Adams of Whitesburg, Kentucky, a sister, Catherine Sue Harlow of Spring Field, Ohio.
Also surviving are five grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Diana, Kimberly, Richard Matthew, six great - grandchildren, ten great great - grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Florence was preceded in death by a brother, James Branam and four sisters, Julia, Cleo, Arlene and France.
