Obituary for Flona Gay Huston
Flona Gay Huston, daughter of the late Ellis and Faith Ann Elkins Hall was born on September 28, 1954 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at her residence in Kona, Kentucky being 64 years, 11 months and 13 days of age at the time of her passing.
She was the widow of the late Carlos Huston. He passed away in 2002. Flona enjoyed cooking, canning, gardening, being outside and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her.
She is survived by Wesley Gentrey, her partner of 10 years. Three daughters; Pam (Donald) Mullins of Kona, Kentucky, Kim (David) King of Sandlick, Kentucky and Tina (Joey) Goodson of Pike County, Kentucky. One sister, Brenda (Daniel) Eldridge of Kona, Kentucky. Two brothers; Robert (Angie) Champion of Deane, Kentucky and Jimmy (Crystal) Huston of Neon, Kentucky.
Also surviving are five grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of other nieces and nephews to mourn her passing.
