Obituary for Faris Hall
Faris Hall, son of the late Willie and Nannie Martin Hall was born in Letcher County, Kentucky March 11, 1921. He entered eternal life Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 94 years, 1 month and 12 days of age at the time of his passing. He was married to Fannie Hall. He was a World War II veteran having served in the United States Army. He enjoyed wood working and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by two daughters; Diane Hall and Peggy Sue Hall both of Texas. Two half brothers; Donnie Joe Hall of Neon, Kentucky and Rodney Hall of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One half sister Delora Louise Caudill of Greenfield, Indiana. One grandchild, Jennifer Lynn Hunt. Two great grandchildren; Jordan Taylor Hunt and Kaitlyn Marie Hunt. One special friend, Bill Johnson. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda. Four sisters; Emma Collier, Ardelia Bentley, Marie Mullins and Belvia Spangler. Two brothers; Marion and Carson Hall. One half brother, Robbie Dale Hall.
