Obituary for Euna Fields Caudill Holbrook
Euna Fields Caudill Holbrook, daughter of the late James "Tinker and Jane Mullins Fields was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, December 31, 1923. She entered eternal life Friday, March 16, 2012 at her residence on Solomon Road in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 88 years, 2 months, and 16 days of age at the time of her passing. Euna was a dedicated member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to the late Leslie Dale Caudill whom passed from this life July 27, 1967. Then later married Cecil Holbrook , whom passed from this life August 17, 1987. Euna Worked at the Coffee Shop in Whitesburg, Kentucky, She also worked for the A&P in Neon, and was a cook for the Whitesburg Jail for four years. She is survived by two daughters, Betty Newman and husband Jack of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Kathy Parks and husband Boyd of Lexington, Kentucky. Two sons, Danny Caudill and wife Saranell of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Robert Caudill and wife Maria of Memphis, Indiana. Two step-sons, Glennis Holbrook and wife Starla and Dwight Holbrook and wife Dianna both of Payne Gap, Kentucky. Three step daughters, Cecilia Bentley and husband Gary of Lakeland, Florida, Trulia Taylor and husband Mike of Georgetown, Kentucky and Amelia Brock of Jenkins, Kentucky. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, a special friend Irene Houston and family and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Euna was preceded in death by a son, James and a daughter, Phyliss. A step son-in-law, Kerney Brock. Two grandchildren, Danny Lee Caudill and Steve Adams, Jr. Five sisters and four brothers.
