Ethan Dewayne Scott Adams, son of Larry Scott Adams and Danielle Collins Duke was born in Pikeville, Kentucky, June 4, 1998. He entered eternal life Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Isom, Kentucky being 19 years, 2 months and 18 days of age at the time of his passing.
Ethan was a loving father, son, grandson, brother and a great friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his loving mother, Danielle (David) Duke of Georgetown, Kentucky. Father, Scott Adams of Jacksboro, Tennessee. One daughter, Paislee Raine Adams of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Maternal grandparents, Medra (Bill) Bowen of Georgetown, Kentucky and Butch Collins of Knoxville, Tennessee. Paternal grandmother, Charlene Adams of Jacksboro, Tennessee. Maternal great-grandmother, Verna Collins of Isom, Kentucky. One brother, Kaden Adams of Georgetown, Kentucky. One aunt, Brittney Collins of Georgetown, Kentucky. A life long soul mate, Hannah Slone of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Ethan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Larry Wayne Adams. Maternal great-grandparents, Billy Ray Collins, Estill and Golda Blair. Paternal great-grandparents, Earl and Buggie Adams.
