Obituary for Ellen Brown
Ellen Brown, daughter of the late Sampson and Surilda Adams Stallard was born in Wheelright, Kentucky on March 10, 1925. She entered eternal life Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare in Whitesburg, Kentucky being 90 years, 3 months and 25 days of age at the time of her passing. She was married to John Brown who preceded her in death. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and great friend to all that knew her. She is survived by two sons; Billy R. Brown of Sassafras, Kentucky and Harold R. Brown of Isom, Kentucky. Two daughters; Mary L. (Coman) Gibson and Linda S. Brown both of Isom, Kentucky. One brother, Edgar Stallard of Jackhorn, Kentucky. One sister, Doris Stallard Spangler of Anaheim, California. Three grandchildren; Coman Ray (Lisa) Gibson, Penny (Derek) Kincer and Jimmy Allen Brown. Five great grandchildren; Jordan, Dalton, Montana, Dakota and Cheyenne. Two great great grandchildren; Madison and Axel. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Brown. Two sisters; Loretta Stallard and Christine Stallard Blair. Six brothers; Nick Stallard, Elijah Stallard, Shellie Stallard, Sanfor Stallard, Carl P. Stallard and Sampie Stallard.
