Obituary for Earnest Wilson
Earnest Wilson, son of the late Frank and Lillie Smith Wilson was born at Fourseam, Kentucky December 13, 1942. He entered eternal life Thursday, February 25, 2021 at his residence at Bucklick, Kentucky being 78 years, 2 months and 12 days of age at the time of his passing.
Earnest was married to Mary Katherine "Kitten" Maggard on June 27, 1970. He was a veteran serving in the United States Army. Earnest was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all that knew him. He was a a member of the Hemphill Baptist Church in Hemphill, Kentucky and a well loved carpenter in the area.
He is survived by his a loving wife, Mary Katherine "Kitten" Wilson of Bucklick, Kentucky. Two daughters; Tracy (Barry) Miles of Cowan, Kentucky and Annie (John) Collins of Wilmore, Kentucky. One son, Tony Wilson of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One brother, Ray (Dorothy) Wilson of Somerset, Kentucky. Three sisters; Glenda (James) Poindexter of Indiana, Marylyn (Roger) Stewart of Red Fox, Kentucky and Ellen Riley of Whitesburg, Kentucky.
Also surviving are five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Earnest was preceded in death by two brothers; Terry Wilson and Danny Wilson.
