Drucilla Tyree, daughter of Lorraine Collins Sexton and the late John Sexton was born at Whitesburg, Kentucky October 25, 1949. She entered eternal life Wednesday
January 21, 2026 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital being 76 years, 2 months and 26 days of age at the time of her passing.
Drucilla was married to the late Joseph Maggard, he passed away February 5, 2024. She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. Drucilla enjoyed spending time with her nieces, nephews and family.
She is survived by her mother, Lorraine Sexton of Isom, Kentucky. One daughter, Rebecca Sexton of Isom, Kentucky. One step-daughter, Tashauna Maggard of Cowan, Kentucky. Two brothers, David ( Michele) Sexton of Isom, Kentucky and Phillip ( Susanna) Sexton of Red starr, Kentucky.
Also surviving are two grandchildren, Austin Sexton and Dakota Mullins. Two great grandchildren, Josie Cornett and Ryder Sexton and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
