Obituary for Donnie Ray Phillips
Donnie Ray Phillips, son of the late Bill Collier and Edith Marie Phillips of Letcher County, Kentucky was born on July 19, 1961 in Neon, Kentucky. He entered eternal life on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 52 years, 10 months and 1 day of age at the time of his passing. He loved mechanic work and racing. He was a very warm and open hearted person. He was a brother to all and a bother to none. He is survived by two sons; Michael Brian Phillips of Neon, Kentucky and Joseph Phillips of Neon, Kentucky. Four brothers; Farrin Phillips of Neon, Kentucky, Ronnie Phillips of Irwin, Tennessee, Ricky Cole of Neon, Kentucky and Jeff Collier of Dalton, Georgia. Two sisters; Nancy Mosley of Neon, Kentucky and Kaye Williams of Hazard, Kentucky. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
