Clyde R. Collins, son of Burl Collins and Gail Shepherd Collins was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky, February 23, 1989. He entered eternal life Sunday, July 1, 2018 at The Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky being 29 years, 9 months and 4 days of age at the time of his passing.
Clyde married Whitney Creech Collins in Cumberland, Kentucky, April 30, 2010. He enjoyed cooking out, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends especially his two children.
He is survived by his parents, Burl Collins of Winchester, Kentucky and Gail Collins of Neon, Kentucky. A wife, Whitney Collins of Cumberland, Kentucky. A daughter, Charleigh Collins of Cumberland, Kentucky. A son, Blake Randall Collins of Cumberland, Kentucky. Two sisters; Crystal Gail Spears of Blackey, Kentucky and Jazmane Collins of Cumberland, Kentucky.
Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
