Obituary for Clyde Dixon
Clyde Dixon, son of the late Willie and Edna Herron Dixon was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky. January 15, 1950. He entered eternal life Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky being 65 years, 8 months and 5 days of age at the time of his passing. Clyde married Lelah Adams Dixon November 20, 1971. He was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church in Millstone, Kentucky and was a loving husband, father, grand father and a great friend to all that knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Lelah Joyce Dixon of Kona, Kentucky. Four daughters, Elizabeth Ison of Kingdom Come Creek, Kentucky, Tina Gibson of Richmond, Kentucky, Joanna Pease of Millstone, Kentucky and Linda Sergent of Deane, Kentucky. One sister, Helen Louise King of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Four brothers, Willie Dixon, Jr, Charles Dixon, Robert Lynn Dixon and Vernon Dixon all of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, Mariah, Austin, Jared, Hannah, Dylan, Luke, Emily, Caleb, Hagen, Cainan,Briar and Abby. Clyde was preceded in death by three brothers, Willis Dixon, Darrel Dixon and Jerry (Fuzz) Dixon.
