Obituary for Charles E. Caudill
Charles E. Caudill, son of the late John P. and Pearlie Quillen Caudill was born at Whitesburg, Kentucky, June 9, 1932. He entered eternal life Monday, September 24, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky being 86 years, 3 months and 15 days of age at the time of his passing.
Charles was married to the late Christine Caudill. She passed away in 1994. He later married Ruth Brown whom also passed away in 2012. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and a great friend to all that knew him. Charles attended and worked with the Thornton Old Regular Baptist Church and Little Rock Old Regular Baptist Church and was an US Army veteran.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Sharon Garrett (Hoover Darrel) Niece of Irvine, Kentucky. A daughter-in-law, Suzi Garrett of Ormond Beach, Florida. One brother, Willis (Yogi) Caudill of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two sisters, Geneviene Richardson of Irvine, Kentucky and Alene Palmer of Winchester, Kentucky.
Also survivng are six grandchildren, Charles Taylor Garrett, Debbi Garrett, Jeremy Niece, Andar Niece, Stanley Niece and Tommy Brashears, Jr . Ten great-grandchildren, Austin, Trevyn, Emily, Ty, Jax, Luke, Kayson, Willa, Blake, Chase and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Charles was preceded in death by a son, Gary Garrett. A daughter, Celestina Stallard. One sister, Ruby. Three brothers, John P. Jr., Ruford and Granville.
