Obituary for Charles Allen Stidham
Charles Allen Stidham, son of the late Nathan and Mildred Evans Stidham was born in Millstone, Kentucky, May 1, 1949. He entered eternal life Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky being 68 years, 11 months and 2 days of age at the time of his passing.
Charles was married to Shirley Hall Stidham December 22, 1966 in Clintwood, Virginia. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army. Charles was a member of the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church and a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Hall Stidham of Millstone, Kentucky. One son, Charles Stidham Jr. of Millstone, Kentucky. Four sisters; Teri Stidham of Michigan, Demyris Boggs of Millstone, Kentucky, Vivian Roberts of Neon, Kentucky and Carol Dickerson of Alabama.
Also surviving are six grandchildren; Michael Stidham, Hannah Ratliff, Cameron Ratliff, David Stidham, Santana Baker and Brianna Baker and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Charles was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Stidham Ratliff. A son, Jonathan David Stidham. One grandson, Daniel Charles Stidham. Two brothers; William Wesley (Bill) Stidham and Nathan (Johnny) Stidham.
