Obituary for Carrie Polly
Carrie Ellen Polly, daughter of the late James Dixon and Nannie Caudill was born in Letcher County, Kentucky March 19, 1933. She entered eternal life Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Letcher Manor Nursing Home being 79 years, 7 months and 24 days of age at the time of her passing. Carrie was married to the late Clyde Polly, he passed away October 10, 1999. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt and a great friend to all that knew her. She is survived by a special son, James Randall Collins of Whitesburg, Kentucky. A special niece, Tammy (Gordon) Poff of Whitesburg, Kentucky. Two sisters: Fanny Rogers of Louisville, Kentucky and Anna Mae Martinez of Texas. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Carrie was preceded in death by a brother, Dixon Junior Caudill and a sister, Erma Collins.
