Obituary for Carrie Elizabeth Ann Bates
Carrie Elizabeth Ann Bates, daughter of Pearlie Bates of Thornton, Kentucky was born August 17, 1962 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Hospital being 58 years and 121 days of age at the time of her passing.
Carrie, which family and friends called "Bae" was lovable, caring and a very thoughtful person. She could make you smile and laugh. She always asked her nieces and nephews to stay all night. She loved sitting on the porch and playing with her two dogs Demon and Buddy while waving at the neighbors as they passed by. She will always be our angel.
Carrie is survived by her sisters; Leslie (Joe) Burke, Teresa Davis, Diana (Danny) Sparkman and brother, Joshie (Vickie) Wampler Jr.. Nieces, Sierra Rose, Brianna Sparkman, Alyssa Adams, Randi Wampler and Autumn Wampler. Nephews; Waylon Sparkman and Taylor Davis. A great niece, Jayla Rose. Great nephews, Jaxon Rose and Daniel Bartley. Special neighbors and friends Eli and Acacia Cornett.
