Obituary for Brenda Kincer
Brenda Joyce Kincer stepped into eternity on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at her home in Mayking, Kentucky. She had been suffering from the effects of Parkinson's Disease for several years and spent the last three months of her life under Hospice care. She is preceded in death by her parents Olie Ellis and Dalna Mae Kincer, brother Edwin Gale Kincer and sister-in-law Linda Carol Kincer, all formerly of Mayking.
Brenda is locally known for her personal outreach ministry and had many pen-pals and friends that will greatly miss her timely and uplifting cards and letters. She was a member of the Mayking Baptist Church and until latter years actively attended services there. She was always active in any church she attended, including the choir, the Busy Bee's and various other areas of outreach.
She never met a stranger and always went out of her way to help anyone, that she reasonably could. In life, she enjoyed reading, watching movies, embroidary, corresonding and spending time with her friends and family. She also loved cats and was never known to turn away a stray.
Brenda is survived by her son Marcus Wayne Kincer and his wife Angela Mischelle Kincer, Marcus' father William Virgil Kincer, grandson Elias Conner Warfield Kincer, step grand children Ian Jacob Alexander and Marrissa Lovinghelm Morrison, former step granddaughter Lauren Nicole Keillor, nieces Deanna Cook, Candice Lynn Garner and Debra Kincer, nephew Stephen Scott Kincer, several great-nephews as well as many other family members and friends, too numerous to be named.
Brenda will be interred at the Webb Cemetary in Mayking, Kentucky and funeral services will be provided by the Everidge Funeral Home in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
