Obituary for Brenda Gail Skeens

Brenda Gail Skeens, daughter of the late Burl Richard Skeens and Rena Lewis Skeens was born in Hazard, Kentucky, July 21, 1954. She entered eternal life Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Ice, Kentucky being 64 years, 5 months and 19 days of age at the time of her passing.

Brenda was a loving sister, aunt and a great friend to all that knew her. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Whitesburg, Kentucky.

She is survived by a brother, Mack (Cheryl) Skeens of Wise, Virginia. A nephew, Jacob Skeens of Knoxville, Tennessee. Three nieces, Kristi Skeens of Whitesburg, Kentucky, Sabrena (Drew) Freeman of Wise, Virginia and Tracy (Steve) Waddell of Mayking,Kentucky. A very special friend, Lawrence Hall of Ice, Kentucky.

Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Brenda was prededed in death by two brothers, Donnie Skeens and Darrell Skeens. A nephew, Michael D. Skeens.
