Brenda Breeding, daughter of the late Frank and Ruby Bates Perry was born at Millstone, Kentucky, November 15, 1963. She entered eternal life Thursday September 17, 2026 at the Hazard Appalachian Health Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 62 years, 10 months and 2 days of age at the time of her passing.
Brenda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends and was a pet lover. Brenda was married to the late Hargis Hughes, He passed away in 1988. She later married Sunset Breeding, he entered eternal life April 4, 2017.
She is survived by two sons: Brian (Sonya) Breeding of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Dwayne (Deanna) Breeding of McRoberts, Kentucky. Two sisters: Donna Collins of Whitesburg, Kentucky; Chrissy Reynolds of Rutledge, Tennessee.
Also surviving are three grandchildren: Nicklaus, Cayden, Katanna (Ray) Dixon. A special nephew, Kaiden Collins.
Brenda was preceded in death by one brother, Darrell Perry. Two sisters; Stacy Hughes and Vada Mae Perry. Her fur babies, Gandalf, Spud, Cheech and Feisty.
