Obituary for Bobby James Phillips, Sr.
Bobby James Phillips Sr., of Whitesburg, Kentucky died unexpectedly on Friday, March 16, 2018 in Naples, Florida at the age of 80.
Bobby was Pastor of the Predestinite Church of The Lord Jesus Christ when he died. He was a member of the Whitesburg Masonic Lodge #754 in Whitesburg, Kentucky since April 3, 1964. Bobby was a veteran, having served in the United States Air Force, before retiring to Kentucky in 1988. Bobby owed and operated Bob's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in Naples, Florida where he was a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society.
Bobby is survived by five children; Sharon Phillips of Ocala, Florida; Kim Miller of Williamsburg, Virginia; Bobby J. Phillips of Marco Island, Florida; Brent Phillips Punta, Florida and Mary E. Phillips of Naples, Florida.
Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. His wife; Georgia Childers Phillips of Whitesburg, Kentucky and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Bobby was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amber Phillips.
