Obituary for Billy Lee Dotson
Billy Lee Dotson, son of the late Ted and Destie Church Dotson was born on May 10, 1949 in Letcher County, Kentucky. He entered eternal life on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at his residence being 64 years, 11 months and 19 days of age at the time of his passing. He was married to Brenda Sue Hall on May 9, 1970 in Clintwood, Virginia. He loved animals, being outside in the garden, going to church and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Dotson of Cromona, Kentucky. One son, Billy Dotson Jr. (Kisha) of Nashville, Tennessee. Two daughters; Susan (Jesse) Gibson of Cromona, Kentucky and Linda Dotson of Cromona, Kentucky. Three brothers; Buford Dotson of Pekin, Indiana, David Dotson of Campbellsburg, Indiana and Ted Dotson of Cromona, Kentucky. Three sisters; Doris Grant of Campbellsburg, Indiana, Carolyn Sue Craft of Hindman, Kentucky and Charolette Mullins of McRoberts, Kentucky. Four granchildren; Jesse, Tyler, Zachary, Olivia. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by one brother, James Dotson. Three sisters; Alice Niece, Shirley Hipps, Janice Belcher.
