Obituary for Barbara Hollenbeck
Barbara Jo Hollenbeck, daughter of the late Carl and Lola Beatrice Trent Parrott was born on December 1, 1957 in Whitesburg, Kentucky. She entered eternal life Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Healthcare Hospital being 61 years, 11 months and 9 days of at the time of her passing.
Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. She was married to Danny Hollenbeck July 7, 1975.
She is survived by her loving husband, Danny Hollenbeck of Mayking, Kentucky. Four sons; Chris Hollenbeck and Shawn D. Hollenbeck of Mayking, Kentucky. Derek (Jessica) Hollenbeck of Portland, Tennessee and Shawn P. Hollenbeck of Mayking, Kentucky. Two brothers; Jimmy Carl (Terry) Parrott of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Silas Paul (Vicky) Parrott. Four sisters; Glenda (Tom) Odell of Cincinnati, Ohio, Sharon Amburgey of Whitesburg, Kentucky, Sherry (Steve) Weatherbee of Portland, Tennessee and Rhonda (William) Cook of Mayking, Kentucky.
Also surviving are five grandchildren; Abagail, Lindsey, Derek Jr., Joseph Austin and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
