Obituary for Arvie Lee Boggs
Arvie Lee Boggs, daughter of the late John and Pearlie Pendleton Pack was born in Letcher County, Kentucky June 28, 1922. She entered eternal life Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, Tennessee being 94 years.
Arvie married Elmer D. Boggs May 13, 1948. He passed away July 28, 1994. She enjoyed sitting on the porch, quilting, talking with friends and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Rita Gail (Bud) Stapleton of Jefferson City, Tennessee. Two sons, Chip Lee (Nannie) Boggs and Elmer Wade (Evelyn) Boggs both of Cowan, Kentucky. One brother, Eldra (May) Pack of Columbus, Indiana.
Also surviving are eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She is preceded in death by three sisters, Goldie Jenkins, Maude Pack and Mary S. Brashears. One brother, Elza Pack. One great-granddaughter, Bailey Wicker.
