Obituary for Anne Mae Collier
Anna Mae Collier, daughter of the late Russel and Dorothy Flick Speedy was born in Eckerty, Indiana June 24, 1938. She entered eternal life Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky being 74 years, 7 months and 11 days of age at the time of her passing. Anna married Johnny Collier April 22, 1967 in Clintwood, Virginia. She had been a christian for thirty four years and a member of the Whitco Freewill Baptist Church and a pastor's wife for 8 years. Anna was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She is survived by her loving husband, Johnny Collier of Whitesburg, Kentucky. A son, Jimmy (Debbie) Eastridge of Florence, Kentucky. Three daughters; Marylin Eastridge of Hazard, Kentucky, Becky (Millard) Bates of Lexington, Kentucky and Lisa Selvidge of Whitesburg, Kentucky. One brother, Harry Speedy of Eckerty, Indiana. Two sisters; Susie Ball of Eckerty, Indiana and Virginia Wilson of Indiana. Four grandchildren; Matt, Ashley, John and Jamie. Anna was preceded in death by two sisters: Evileen Deel and Edith Offutt and one brother, William Pete Speedy.
